Weddings, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Corporate Events, Birthday Parties, Charity Galas, Local Schools, etc. From intimate gatherings with friends to lavish soirées with loved ones, our luxury slushy cart is the perfect addition to any private event.

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking of your total parties cost, including travel fees if applicable.
*Date & Time will NOT be reserved until your deposit is received.

25% deposit is due at booking.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before scheduled event. If full payment is not received by then, the deposit will be forfeited & your booking date will be canceled.

We are currently serving these areas: Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Clermont, & Gotha.
If your location is not within those areas, please contact us to discuss options.

One full tub makes about 40 cups of (9oz per cup) for each flavor, giving you a total of 80 drinks. We typically estimate 2 cups per person for a comfortable serving.

State laws prevent us from being able to provide or sell alcohol. We provide the service, as well as the slushy drink mix, and toppings. If you would like alcohol to be added into your slushy - we will collect your alcohol of choice on site for your booked event. We can also provide guidance on the types and quantities of alcohol that work well for different drink options.

Any damage, loss, or extensive cleaning will result in a fee. The host of the event is accepting full responsibility for any loss or damaged items when booking.
Damage includes but is not limited to:
* Improper use of equipment
* Damage to, or loss of equipment from any unknown cause
* Disappearance of the equipment provided

We require a 5 day notice for booking, anything after that will be canceled + refunded (if paid).

No biggie, we can always move The Frosted Dream Cart into an indoor location.
Please do not attempt to move the slushy machine or the cart. Movement of the machine will result in a fine of $150.

Our cart must be set up within 50 feet of a 15 amp electrical outlet. Our machine functions best out of direct sun & heat, so we ask that you place us in the coolest area possible. Extreme heat can affect the slush texture.
Please also allow us to set up 90 minutes prior to event for the machine to frost up perfect consistency slushies.

Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. If you have any questions on your venue’s restrictions, we would love to reach out to them. We will gladly add your venue on our COI and send your venue a copy.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we allow cancellations up to 10 days before the scheduled event.

If you cancel within the specified cancellation period, (10 days prior to event) we will issue a full refund of any payment made for our services.
Any time after the cancellation period, the deposit will be forfeited but we will refund you the remaining amount if paid.
